Common reasons:

1. They haven't clicked yet - If you just sent it, give it time. Employers often take 3-7 days to review applications.
2. Link in attachment, not email body - Trackable links work best when clickable in the email/message itself, not inside a PDF attachment.
3. Wrong link type - Make sure you're sharing the opportunity link (hiir.me/o/abc123), not just your profile link.
4. Email client blocking tracking - Some corporate email clients block external links. Not much we can do about this.

How to test:

Click your own link from a different device/browser (while logged out). You should see a view logged in your dashboard within a few minutes.

If still not working, email support@hiir.me with your link and we'll troubleshoot.

Low scores (below 70%) usually mean one of these things:

• Missing keywords - Job description uses specific terms you don't have in your resume
• Skills mismatch - Required skills aren't highlighted prominently
• Experience gap - Your experience doesn't align well with the role requirements
• Generic resume - You're using the same resume for every job

How to improve your score:

1. Read the "Missing Keywords" section - add these naturally to your resume
2. Emphasize the skills they mention most
3. Reorder your experience to put most relevant jobs first
4. Use modular components to create a tailored profile
5. Run ApplyScore again after changes

What's a good score?

75-80% is good. 85%+ is excellent. Don't aim for 100% - that often means keyword stuffing and can look unnatural to human reviewers.
